Planning an event? We have you covered on the location! The Marion Grange is a historical building with a unique charm that is a great place to host birthday parties, weddings, hobby clubs, and much more!
Included in the rental: six 8' rectangular tables, ten 6' round tables, 130 chairs, use of the kitchen, two bathrooms, a stage in the corner, the large main room, as well as the field and parking lot the property is on. Event insurance is required for all rentals. All of our rental deposits are refundable: weekday (Monday - Thursday) $100; weekend (Friday - Sunday) $200; additional deposit (if applicable) if alcohol is present $300. A banquet permit is also required for any rentals serving alcohol. Maximum capacity is 120.

Marion Grange Hall #276 Rental Agreement & Cancellation Policy
The renter agrees upon the following terms and conditions:

The Renter Agrees:
​
- to not modify the Marion Grange without preapproval from Marion Grange management, including but not limited to use of nails or screws
- no smoking in the building or illegal activity on the property
- to throw all trash in the dumpster
- clean any spills/messes
- report any damages promptly to the Marion Grange management
- to be responsible for any damages incurred while renting
- turn down heat to 50 degrees when leaving rental (if applicable)
- turn off lights and any appliances when leaving
- lock dumpster and doors when leaving

Cancellation Policy
​
A full refund (except a 4% processing fee) will be returned if the rental is cancelled within 72 hours.
If the rental cancellation is after 72 hours but before two calendar weeks before the reserved rental date, 50% of the rental will be refunded.
Cancellation of a rental within two calendar weeks of the rental date forfeits the full rental cost.
